Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide the highest quality IT consulting and training services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining the integrity of our services.

2. Consulting Services

For consulting services:

  • Cancellation before project initiation: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation within first week: 75% refund
  • Cancellation after deliverables: No refund
  • Project scope changes: Handled case by case

3. Training Programs

For training programs and courses:

  • Cancellation 14+ days before start: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before start: 70% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days: 50% refund
  • No show: No refund
  • Course transfers: Available up to 7 days before start

4. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly plans: Prorated refund for unused period
  • Annual plans: Prorated refund minus 10% fee
  • Service dissatisfaction: Case-by-case evaluation

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit written request to refunds@alphageotech.com
  • Include order/invoice number and reason
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refund to original payment method

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances such as illness, emergency, or service issues may be considered for additional refund flexibility.
